Users must comply with all federal, state and local applicable law as well as all applicable University rules and policies including the University’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Users are responsible for complying with the requirements of all applicable contract and licenses relating to software files they install on University and/or personal systems.

Users may utilize only those computing resources for which they have received authorization and are required to use them only in the manner and extent to which they have been authorized.

Users must be sure that the use of any downloaded material (including print, audio, and video) stored on University or on personal computers is not in violation of copyright laws.
